Leaders have the opportunity to enable the work of others every day, if not multiple times a day.

Leaders can also BE the barrier, often unintentially. It could be the team member in need of an answer or decision. It could be help building a bridge.

Having open conversations about barriers can enable you to see the barriers and not to BE the barrier.
