✔️ “The Microstress Effect: How Little Things Pile Up and Create Big Problems — and What to do About It” by Rob Cross and Karen Dillon

This book is so insightful - stress comes in so many forms & the reminder that it doesn’t take something major to create big stress is so important. I also really love research-grounded, insightful books with tangible learnings. This one wins for it!

It also resonated with me how much the people we have in our lives contribute (or don’t) to our wellbeing.

✔️ “Letters to the Lost” by Brigid Kemmerer

I love YA books. And I really love a random book recommendation. This one came by asking someone what she was reading on a salon.

“Every moment is meaningful” … what if we really saw the world that way?

✔️ “How to Have That Difficult Conversation” by Henry Cloud and Dr. John Townsend.

Too many conversations need to happen that don’t. I appreciate the listenability of this book with focused tactics. The ideas of “own your motives. Own your fears” are often missing in this type of book.

Many more in progress. Week #2 was insightful and thought provoking. Looking forward to what’s next…
